Registration for IN-PERSON participation must be received by Wednesday, February 22, 2023 at 11:59 PM EST
Registration for VIRTUAL participation by Monday, March 6 at 11:59 PM EST.
Student Registration Eligibility:
If you are enrolled full time in an undergraduate or professional school (e.g. medicine, nursing, public health), you may register for the conference at the student rate. Other trainees (e.g. medical fellows, residents, and chaplain interns) should register at the "Trainee in Professionals Training Program" rate
Cancellation policy:
All cancellation requests must be made in writing by February 24, 2023, 5:00 pm EST. A $50 processing fee applies to all cancellations. No refunds will be made on cancellations received after February 20, 2023. Any refunds will be processed after the conference. HEC reserves the right to substitute faculty or cancel or reschedule sessions because of low enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances.
